Are your products made with Fragrance oils or Essential oils?

Most of our products use essential oils to provide scent. However, some products use fragrance oils. To find out which ingredients are used in each product, please refer to the product description.

Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes, all of our products are cruelty-free and not tested on animals.

Do you offer international shipping?

We currently only offer shipping within Canada. Unfortunately, international shipping is not available at this time. For more detailed information, please refer to our shipping policies.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on orders to Canada over $75 CAD!

Can I change my order once it is placed?

Once your order is placed, we begin processing it immediately. As a result, we are unable to make changes or modifications after confirmation. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact us, and we will do our best to help.

Is your packaging eco-friendly?

Yes, all of our packaging is eco-friendly and biodegradable! Our soaps and bath bombs are wrapped in brown, eco-friendly paper. We are committed to ensuring that our products are not only great for your skin but also kind to the planet.

Is your soap made from a soap base?

No, all of our soap is handcrafted using the cold process method. This allows us to control the quality of the ingredients and ensure that only the best components are used in every bar.
